SWD Front End
A produced water strainer can reduce suspended solids, including Iron Sulfides, by up to 90%. This will reduce tank cleanouts, improve oil/water separation, maximize oil recovery, and potentially reduce or eliminate chemical treatment needs.

Recycle/Reuse Facility
Reducing solids (suspended particulates, proppants, formation fines, iron sulfide, scale, corrosion products, and other debris) at a produced water recycle or reuse facility delivers significant operational, economic, environmental, and regulatory advantages.

Between Charge Pump and H-Pump
Placing our self-cleaning strainer between the charge pump and H-pump will protect high-pressure components from damaging solids — which helps extend pump life, reduce wear, and lower well maintenance requirements.

Tank/Pit Cleaning
Solids accumulation in storage tanks (ASTs) or pits leads to sludge buildup, requiring frequent pump-outs and downtime. Upstream removal (e.g., 50-300 micron screening on incoming flows) prevents this buildup, reducing or even eliminating routine tank cleaning.
